Shipping with DHL takes 1-2 working days. Delivery and return shipping are free within Germany. Paid GLS Express shipping is also possible.

DELIVERY ON YOUR DESIRED DATE
When ordering, select your preferred delivery date for the device. The preferred date is always +/- 1 working day, as we have no influence on DHL's delivery speed. However, the rental period only begins when the rental device has been delivered. The shipping time is free of charge for you and does not count towards the rental period.
NO SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery and return shipping are free within Germany. You will receive a corresponding return slip from us. Please keep this for the return shipment.
Important: The shipping label from the outward shipment must be removed/covered before the return shipment so that the package is not sent to you again.

NO DEPOSIT
You do not need to pay a deposit with us.
CALCULATION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD
If you have chosen a rental period of one week, you can use your rental device for a full 7 days. The rental period begins with the parcel delivery (first delivery attempt) and ends on the day it is handed in at the post office. The outward and return shipments do not count towards the rental period.
Example: If the rental device is delivered by DHL on Tuesday, take it to the post office or packing station no later than Tuesday of the following week in order to meet the one-week rental period (regardless of the time). If you return the device to the post office or packing station on Wednesday, you have extended the rental period by one day for which you will have to pay.

You will receive professional support if you have any questions. You can reach us by email on weekends. We will ensure that you always have a functioning device throughout the entire rental period.
REBOOKING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that you can rebook your desired date at any time, provided the rental equipment has not yet been shipped. Simply let us know by email .

How to reach us
The best way to write to us is by email . We will respond as quickly as possible. From Monday to Friday you will receive a response within 24 hours at the latest. Important emails will also be answered on weekends. We can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If all employees are busy, the AI can simply answer your questions.
