Scope:

CALCULATION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD
CALCULATION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD
If you have chosen a rental period of one week, you can use your rental device for a full 7 days. The rental period begins with the parcel delivery (first delivery attempt) and ends on the day it is handed in at the post office. The outward and return shipments do not count towards the rental period.
Example: If the rental device is delivered by DHL on Tuesday, take it to the post office or packing station no later than Tuesday of the following week in order to meet the one-week rental period (regardless of the time). If you return the device to the post office or packing station on Wednesday, you have extended the rental period by one day for which you will have to pay.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON RENTAL
You can choose a rental period of one week or two weeks. After the first week, you can always extend the rental period flexibly. Delivery and return shipping are free for you within Germany. You will receive a corresponding return slip from us. For all customers who do not live in Germany, the outward and return shipping costs are included in the shipping costs shown. During the rental period, the renter is responsible for the rented device and is also liable for damage (check whether rented devices are covered by your liability insurance). You will receive telephone support for problems and questions and can request help by email on weekends and public holidays.
